What is oz fox?

Oz Fox is a musician best known as the guitarist for the Christian metal band Stryper. He was born Richard Alfonso Martinez on June 18, 1961, in Whittier, California. Fox joined Stryper in 1983 and has been a member of the band ever since, though they went on hiatus from 1993 to 2003.

Fox is known for his signature guitar playing style and his energetic stage presence. He has also released solo material and collaborated with other artists in the Christian rock and metal scene. In addition to his music career, Fox is also a licensed airplane pilot.

In 2018, Fox suffered a seizure onstage during a performance with Stryper and was subsequently diagnosed with two brain tumors. He underwent surgery to remove the tumors and has been recovering since then. Despite his health challenges, Fox remains active in the music industry and continues to perform with Stryper.
